Where are your products manufactured?

• Our products are manufactured in a cGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practices) facility. Our products are made in a facility that also processes nuts and dairy products. Please email us with any allergy concerns under the "Contact Us" section.

How does shipping work?

• We fulfill all orders within 5 business days. Once your email has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text.
• Bloom Nutrition will not be held responsible for any additional customs, import fees, or tax charges that may be applied upon your destination end.
• Domestic shipping will generally take about 5 business days but may be subject to change based on holidays, weather, etc.
• Bloom Nutrition is not responsible for any address (Domestic or International) entered incorrectly by the customer.
• Express shipping goes into effect after processing, and it excludes weekends and holidays

How soon will my order ship if placed on a launch day?

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if the return meets the following requirements:

• All returns must be unopened and undamaged.
• Returns must be returned within 15 days of receiving for a full refund.
• Postage is not provided.
• All accessory purchases are final sale.
• Bloom Nutrition does not accept returns on international orders; however, our customer service team is happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

Can I drink Greens if l'm pregnant?

• We recommend consulting with your primary doctor before drinking Greens.

Can my kids drink Greens?

• Our products are recommended for those 18+. If you have any questions about taking a supplement, we recommend talking to your primary care provider.

Are your products third party tested?

• Bloom products are rigorously tested to meet the highest standards for safety and quality and are verified to meet specifications for identity, purity, strength and composition – so you can be sure what’s on the label is what’s in the supplement.

  In addition, all of our products are made in certified GMP facilities (Good Manufacturing Practices) that adheres to FDA standards and best practices.
